Delivery information

All prices include VAT. At checkout, your cart is transferred to bokorder.se where you enter delivery details and complete payment. Shipping and the final total are shown there before payment.

General information

Eddy.se ab sells and distributes books commissioned by publishers of academic information. Orders are placed at www.bokorder.se. We reserve the right to change prices without further notice and we reserve against incorrect item information. By placing an order with us, the customer accepts our terms and conditions and gives his/her consent to eddy.se ab storing name, personal identity number and/or organisation number in our customer database.

Delivery

Orders are normally delivered to the customer within 1-3 work days. We make reservations against sell-outs or backorders. Deliveries up to 2 kg are normally made by letter, otherwise by Parcel Post.

Prices

Resellers are referred to bokorder.se. All prices in this shop include VAT.

Shipping

Books are shipped at cost price which appears in the order form on the web site.

Terms of payment

We accept the payment alternatives Swish, Card and PayPal. For terms see NETS terms (pdf)

14-day returns guarantee

The consumer has the right to return a delivered product within 14 days of the day after the date the book is delivered, provided that the product is returned in its original condition and in its original package.

Returns

Defective or incorrect books are replaced and eddy.se ab refunds the delivery charges and pays the returning costs. Please contact order@eddy.se.
